Delivery Information

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your Candyy! However, please do note that once we have dispatched your order, we have no control over the time it will take for it to be delivered.

 

We dispatch all our orders Monday to Saturday. Any order placed before 5 PM will be prepared and packed on the same working day and dispatched the next working day.

Candyy reserves the right to cancel any order with incorrect address details. If this occurs we will contact you via email to rectify the issue.

Subscription

​

Below are the terms of our subscription service. By subscribing to our Candyy subscription service you acknowledge that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Stock is subject to availability and your subscription will renew on the date that you subscribe. We will aim to ship your Candyy subscription to you within 48 hours of payment being received and will do the same for each subsequent subscription box going forward until cancelled.

If you change address during the term of your subscription you need to update your address details via the account page so that your orders are shipped to the correct address. Candyy does not accept any responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. We will use the details that we have on file for you. If you are experiencing issues updating your address/ contact details, please contact: theteam@candyy.co.uk.

Following your initial subscription, your Candyy subscription will be automatically renewed for the same term length. You may opt out of the automatic renewal 14 days before your next subscription is due to be shipped via your account. If you cancel after the 14 day period you will still be charged and may still receive your subscription goods. Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You are entitled to cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account and managing your subscriptions. If you are experiencing issues please contact: theteam@candyy.co.uk.

Candyy reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time as a result of any breach of these Terms. We also reserve the right to cancel or amend our subscription model.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept or offer refunds or exchanges.

Allergy Information

​

At Candyy we prepare and pack your orders with love and care and hope that our products reach you in the highest possible condition. We cannot, however, guarantee that our pick n mix products are suitable for those with allergies due to a risk of cross-contamination. Although our range does not include any products containing nuts or peanuts, we cannot guarantee that the sweets are completely nut or peanut-free due to the manufacturers' claims.

Please note that Candyy is not the manufacturer of the sweets sold on our website. We do work to ensure that product information shown on our website is correct, suppliers may alter their product information.
